<br />Approving Private Agreement Among Successors and Compromise
<br />Agreement entered on June 22, 2000, by the County Court of Hall

<br />Excepting A tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 83- 001064.
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions
<br />of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same.
