to -wit: <br />and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18- 003 <br />2018026 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR THE PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING <br />CRANE TRUST, INC. <br />WHEREAS, The William Vanarsdale Wolbach Trust, is the owner of the following described real estate, <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Eight (8) and Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on Mainland, and <br />the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1 /25W1/4) of Section Five (5), all in Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except Lot One (1) Martin Brothers Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, The Platte River Whooping Crane Trust, Inc is desirous of obtaining a conservation easement <br />from The William Vanarsdale Wolbach Trust on real estate legally described hereinabove and The William <br />Vanarsdale Wolbach Trust, owner is desirous of selling a conservation easement to The Platte River Whooping <br />Crane Trust, Inc on real estate legally described hereinabove; and <br />WHEREAS, The Platte River Whooping Crane Trust, Inc and The William Vanarsdale Wolbach Trust <br />have submitted a request to Hall County for the approval of a conservation easement on the real estate legally <br />described hereinabove; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76 -2,112 (2003), on January 9, 2018, the Hall County Board <br />of Supervisors forwarded the easement request to the Hall County Joint Planning Commission for their review and <br />recommendations regarding the conformity of the proposed acquisition to comprehensive planning for the area; and <br />WHEREAS, also pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76 -2,112 (2003), on February 7, 2018 the Hall County <br />Joint Planning Commission recommended approval of the easement at their regularly scheduled meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the designated <br />conservation easement on the real estate legally described hereinabove and as more substantially set forth in the <br />Conservation Easement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, should <br />be, and hereby is, approved. <br />Resolution moved by Supervisor <br />Seconded by Supervisor <br />1 <br />
