<br />RICHARD LANDELL AND KIM LANDELL, husband and wife, as joint tenants
<br />with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,

<br />appurtenances connected there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4, SE1 /4),
<br />Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th PM, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. The centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement
<br />and right -of -way tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4,SE1/4), Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6 PM, in Hall County, Nebraska; thence easterly, along the
<br />southerly line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SW1 /4,SE1/4), a distance of one thousand two hundred seventy two and three
<br />tenths (1,272.3) feet; thence northerly and perpendicular to the southerly line of
