Allen, of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated October 30, 2015, executed by <br />Heath I. Reinders and Tiffany A. Reinders, husband and wife, as Trustors in which Janet A. <br />Reinders Revocable Living Trust, is named as Beneficiary, and which is recorded as Instrument <br />Number 201507481 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, has received from Janet A. Reinders Revocable Living Trust, the Beneficiary <br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey the property covered thereunder, reciting that all sums <br />secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust has been <br />surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, hereby grant and reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by and through said Deed of Trust in the following described property: <br />Lot Three (3), Kenmare Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br />Dated: /kV'"?
