Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is hereby appointed <br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Westside Bowling Lanes, Inc.; a Nebraska <br />Corporation, as Trustor; in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, was named <br />Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was filed for record as Instrument number 200908285, in the <br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16 day of October, 2009, regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed Of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Westside <br />Bowling Lanes, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, to Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, as Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as <br />Beneficiary, dated August 11, 2009 and filed for record as Instrument number 200908285 , in the <br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16 day of October, 2009, has been <br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 <br />below. <br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Appointment of Trustee and Deed of <br />Reconvevance. <br />LOT ONE (1), COMMONWEALTH BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND AGREEMENTS OF RECORD <br />AND SUBJECT TO ZONING LAWS. <br />The Foregoing instrument was signed before me on this V day of April, 2018, by Bruce <br />Lux, Senior Vice President of Five Points Bank, Beneficiary and Trustee, who acknowledged the <br />execution thereof on behalf of said Company to be its voluntary act and deed. <br />oo <br />tu <br />
