'1 <br />MORTGAGE ADDFNDUM <br />2206009 19- 10268? <br />The following are addenda to the Mortgage. Please check the applicable adden- <br />dum. The addendum checked shall be incorporated into, and recorded with, the <br />Mortgage. The term "Mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust ", if <br />applicable. <br />XX FHA ADDENDUM <br />As long as the Mortgage is outstanding, the Lender may declare all swans secured <br />by the Mortgage to be immediately due and payable if: <br />(a) all or part of the property is sold or otherwise transferred <br />(other than by devise, descent or operation of law) by <br />Borrower to a purchaser or other transferee; <br />(i) who cannot reasorAbly be expected to occupy the <br />property as a principal residence within a reason- <br />able time of ter the sale or transfer, all as <br />provided in Section 143(c) and 143(()(2) of the <br />Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as ame'vAed; or <br />(ii) who has had a present ownership Interest in a <br />Primcipal. residence during any part of the three - <br />year pericd ending on the date of the sale or <br />transfer, all as provided in Section 143M and <br />143(1)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code;, or <br />at an acquisition cost which is greater than 903 <br />of the average area purchase price' (greater than <br />110% for targeted area resideaeeai,.a.11 as provid- <br />ed.tn Section 143(e)'and 143(1)(2) cf the Internal <br />Revenue Code; or <br />(iv) who has an income in excess of that established by <br />the ur-brask,: Iuw:eatmeat Finance Authority under <br />Its applicable regulations or program guidelines <br />in Affect on the date of the sale or transfer; or <br />(b) Borrower fails to occupy the property described in the <br />Mortgage without Lender's prior written consent; or <br />(c) .
