Ordinance No. 7549 was published in the Grand Island Daily. Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebtaska, for three consecutive weeks, on March 21, March 28, and April 4, 1989, all as requiwd by Section 16 -2a R.R.S. 1943, as amended. 3. No remonstrance against s�..6 sale "as filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance-No. 7549. 4.
