<br /> A 0 M MACHINING, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, herein called
<br /> the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
