<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on April
<br />10, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7558 which directed the conveyance of the real estate
<br />described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7558 Has published in the Grand Island Daily Independent
<br />according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on April 18, April 25,
<br />and May 2, 1989, all as required by Section: 16,202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication
<br />of Ordinance No. 7558.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7558 provides that if no remonstrance is filed
<br />against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to
<br />FATHER FLANAGAN'S BOYS HOME, a nonprofit corporation, a warranty deed for
<br />said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action
<br />on behalf of the City Council.
<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Thirty
<br />Thousand One Hundred Fifty and 961100 Dollars ($30,150.96) received from the Grantee,
<br />hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto
<br />FATHER FLANAGAN'S BOYS HOME,
<br />a nonprofit corporation, the Grantee, the following described real estate:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SWI /sSWI /.) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hail County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the Southwest
<br />corner of said Section Five (5); thence S 88° 53' 01" E
<br />(Assumed Bearing) along and upon the South line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW' /4SWI /.) a
