Defendant shall be awarded all right, title and interest in and to the <br />following real estate, free and clear of any interest of the Plaintiff: <br />1. The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (EVaNEV4) of Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />2. The Northwest Quarter (NW`A) of Section Twelve (12), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska EXCEPTING all of Whites Sunny Slopes Subdivision as <br />shown on plat recorded in Book 104 -B, Page 97 and EXCEPTING <br />a certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship <br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 77- 006210 and <br />EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in <br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 93- 109458; <br />3, The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EV2SWY4) and the West Half <br />of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W%WV2SEY4) of Section <br />Twenty -Two (22), Township Nine (9) North, Range Seven (7) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hamilton County, Nebraska; and <br />4. A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SEy4) of <br />Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eight <br />(8) West of the 6th P.M., Hamilton County, Nebraska, being more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast <br />corner of said Section Twenty -Three (23), thence N 00 °00'00 "E <br />(assumed bearing) along the east line of said Southeast Quarter <br />(SE 650.06 FEET TO THE true place beginning; THENCE <br />CONTINUING N 00 °00'00 "E along said east line 640.00 feet; <br />thence S 90°00'00" W perpendicular to said east line 505,00 feet <br />west of said east line a distance of 640.00 feet; thence N 90 °00'00" <br />E perpendicular to said east line a distance of 640.00 feet; thence <br />N 90 °00'00" E perpendicular to said east line 505.00 feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Plaintiff shall execute a Quit Claim Deed releasing any and all <br />interest in said property at the same time as she has been given the release of <br />all personal liability relating to the loans as hereafter set forth.
