<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated April 17,
<br />2015 executed by Beau D. Toben, as Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded April 20, 2015, in Instrument No. 201502447 of
<br />Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
