ANDERSEN, a single person, ASSIGNOR/GRANTOR, in consideration of the <br />receipt of an interest in and to such limited liability company, conveys to ANDi PROPERTIES, <br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, ASSIGNEE /GRANTEE, all of her right, title and <br />interest as "Lessee" in the Lease of Property dated January 19, 1999 and the Supplemental <br />Agreement dated January 27, 2017 thereto wherein UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY <br />is the Lessor and ANDERSEN LIMITED, a Nebraska partnership, is the Lessee ( "the Lease "), <br />which was assigned to ASSIGNOR/GRANTOR by ANDERSEN LIMITED, a Nebraska <br />partnership, a copy of which Assignment of Lease/Bill of Sale for Leasehold Improvements and <br />Lease is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br />ASSIGNOR/GRANTOR does further assign, grant, convey and transfer unto <br />ASSIGNEE /GRANTEE all of her right, title and interest in buildings, improvements and fixtures <br />( "the Leasehold Improvements ") described as follows: <br />All Leasehold Improvements on real estate leased from Union Pacific Railroad <br />Company located on Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M. in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />commonly known as 3522 West 2nd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Lease and the Leasehold Improvements above - described, <br />all and singular, forever, subject, however, to the full and complete performance by <br />Assignee /Grantee of all obligations to be performed as Lessee pursuant to such Lease in <br />substitution of the Assignor /Grantor. <br />
