Box 136, Lyons, NE 68038 -0136 (Lender) <br />Consideration: Deed of Trust dated, April 4, 2018 securing the following real estate: <br />acknowledges, waives and disclaims as follows: <br />1. The undersigned understands that the document to be executed is a Trust Deed with Power of <br />Sale, and is not a mortgage. <br />2. The undersigned understands that the power of sale contained in the Trust Deed provides the <br />undersigned with substantially different rights and obligations in the event of a default or breach <br />of obligation that the right and obligations provided it in a mortgage. <br />3. The undersigned understands as Trustor the undersigned may have a right to claim the real <br />estate described in the Trust Deed, or a part thereof (hereinafter called security), as homestead, or <br />at some time in the future may designate the security or a part thereof as homestead. The <br />undersigned hereby waives any right to make a designation of homestead in the security or any <br />part thereof, and disclaims designation of homestead in the security or any part thereof, and <br />disclaims any right to make a designation of homestead in the future in the security or any part <br />thereof so long as the Trust Deed remains a lien on the security. <br />4. The undersigned understands that by signing this document it will not have the rights which <br />would otherwise be available to it which may allow it to retain homestead in the event that it <br />
