1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />RESOLUTION 2018 -79 <br />201802084 <br />WHEREAS, a sidewalk easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from <br />Blender, LLC at 3812 West 13 Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Referring to the Southeast Corner of said East One -Half, Thence N01 '32 "W (assumed <br />bearing),33.00 feet to a point on the North right -of -way of 13` Street; thence S89 '59"W on <br />said North right -of -way, 272.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S89 '59"W <br />on said North right -of -way, 523.71 feet; thence N00 '01 "W, 5.00 feet; thence N89 "E, <br />523.71 feet; thence S00 "E, 5.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area of <br />2,618.55 square feet (0.060 acres), more or less. <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement for the sidewalk easement has been reviewed and <br />approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreement for the sidewalk easement on the above described tract of <br />land. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, March 27, 2018. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />Jere ry Jense , Mayor <br />Approved as to Form a <br />March 23, 2018 n C <br />
