Poehler, his wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />document 200402597 on the 18th day of March 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as <br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as <br />follows: <br />AN UNDIVIDED TWO- THIRD'S INTEREST IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4) OF <br />SECTION TWENTY -NINE (29), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11), WEST OF <br />THE 6T" P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE; <br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION, THENCE EAST ON SECTION <br />LINE A DISTANCE OF 759.0 FEET TO A POINT ON SECTION LINE WHICH IS THE ACTUAL POINT OF <br />BEGINNING.
