<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Disclaimer of Homestead and Deed of Trust dated March 8, 2004, executed by Ray M Poehler, a married
<br />person and Linda L. Poehler, his wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />document 200402597 on the 18th day of March 2004, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />AN UNDIVIDED TWO- THIRD'S INTEREST IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4) OF
<br />SECTION TWENTY -NINE (29), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11), WEST OF
<br />THE 6T" P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE;
<br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION, THENCE EAST ON SECTION
<br />LINE A DISTANCE OF 759.0 FEET TO A POINT ON SECTION LINE WHICH IS THE ACTUAL POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING. FROM THIS POINT, SOUTHERLY, AT AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES 00' TO THE RIGHT
<br />FROM THE SECTION LINE A DISTANCE OF 438.0 FEET, THENCE EASTERLY AT AN ANGLE OF 90
<br />DEGREES 00' TO THE LEFT A DISTANCE OF 596.7 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY AT AN ANGLE OF 90
<br />DEGREES 00' TO THE LEFT A DISTANCE OF 438.0 FEET THENCE WEST ON SECTION LINE TO THE
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING A DISTANCE OF 596.7 FEET
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of March, 2018.
