Beukenhorst <br />Notary Public <br />Gail G. Beukenhorst, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes <br />and says that Gail G. Beukenhorst and Carol J. Beukenhorst, as <br />Trustees of the Beukenhorst Family Revocable Trust, are the record <br />owners of the real estate described below, that they are currently <br />in possession thereof, and that said property was conveyed to Gail <br />G. Beukenhorst through the Final Decree filed on April 15, 1970, in <br />Hall County Case No. 7682 entitled Estate of Mary W. Beukenhorst, <br />Deceased. Said Final Decree ordered and decreed that all assets of <br />the estate (which included the real estate described below) had <br />been distributed to Gail G. Beukenhorst as the sole beneficiary <br />under the Last Will and Testament of Mary W. Beukenhorst: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1 /4NW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Nine <br />(9)North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This affidavit is given pursuant to the Nebraska Marketable <br />Title Act. <br />The foregoing Affidavit was acknowledged before me on the <br />day of March, 2018, by Gail G. Beukenhorst. <br />
