Prataria and Owners have entered into that certain Infrastructure <br />Development Agreement dated as of this even date ( "Agreement "), describing the <br />obligations of each party with respect to the infrastructure development for a <br />development project located on the real property legally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, and Outlots 2 and 3, Prairie Commons Subdivision, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Project Area "). <br />2. The Obligations set forth in the Agreement run with the land and <br />are binding upon the owners of the Project Area and any portion thereof. <br />3. The terms of the Agreement are hereby incorporated into this <br />Memorandum as if they were set forth in full. Prataria and Owners each possess <br />a full and correct copy of the Agreement. <br />
