Claimant provided materials and labor for work done on property located at 1201 <br />Allen Drive, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: <br />Lot Five (5), Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Claimant, through its authorized agents and employees, furnished labor and materials <br />in the course of repairing an existing Trane RTU YCD151C3HOAA heating and air conditioning unit <br />located on the above - described property at the request of Sunil Pathak, with the last date of materials <br />and /or labor being provided on November 30, 2017. <br />4. The balance remaining due to Claimant for said labor and materials is the sum of Two <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,800.00). <br />5.
