<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Jeffrey S Kowalski and Shelley
<br />A Kowalski, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK , the Beneficiary named therein dated December 7, 1998, and recorded December 16, 1998 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Document #98- 112388 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
