<br />a1., Defendants, the object and prayer of :which is to foreclo�::e a
<br />certain Nortgage of $26,500.00, plus accruing interest thereon on
<br />the following described real estate, tc -wit:

<br />Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) Noith,
<br />aange Nine (9) west of the 6th P.N., more particularly
<br />described as follows: Co�=,encing at a point 163.3 feet
<br />west of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (SWI S'4#) of said Section
<br />Twenty One (21). running thence north and in a line
<br />parallel with the east boundary line of the said
<br />Southwest Qa1ait,-r of the Southwest Quarter (SW} SWi) ,a
<br />distance of 140.7 feet, thence at .right angles and in
<br />an easterly direction to the east boundary line of said

<br />boundary line to the southeast corner of said Southwest

<br />right angles in a westerly direction to the place of

<br />by the Defendant, Jerry L. Schwieger and his :a.fe, Rosemary

<br />said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the
<br />• Register of Leeds, Hall County, Nebraska ova December 16, 1982 and
<br />duly recorded as Document No. 82- 005331, of the Mlortgage Records
<br />of said zounty thereof.
