TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Roebuck Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 27, 2017 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 27, 2017 as Instrument No. 201705013 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $52,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow: Lot Six (6), in Block Five (5) of Koehler Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
