<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Roebuck
<br />Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 20, 2016 in which
<br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being
<br />recorded April 21, 2016 as Instrument No. 201602417 of the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $20,000.00, and Modification of Deed of
<br />Trust dated May 24, 2016 and recorded May 31, 2016 as Instrument No. 201603373 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing a modified stated indebtedness of $85,000.00 has
<br />been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Sixteen (16), H.G. Clarks Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 622 W 7 Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21st day of March, 2018.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 21S day of
<br />March, 2018, by Kenneth Wiemers, Chief Loan Officer for Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation.
