Amendment to the Agreement for Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions for <br />Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />March 12, 2018 <br />201801797 <br />WHEREAS, lot owners signing this form represent more than 2/3 ownership of the lots within the <br />Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, Section 21 of the Agreement for Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions <br />for Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska allows for modification of the <br />restrictive covenants. <br />WHEREAS, Section 6 states, in part, "Any detached garage or other out - building shall be <br />constructed of the same quality and materials as the outside finish and roof of the <br />residential dwelling." <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the following modification be included to Section 6 of the Agreement for <br />Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions for Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Remove the wording: "Any detached garage or other out - building shall be constructed of <br />the same quality and materials as the outside finish and roof of the residential dwelling." <br />Add the wording: "Any detached garage or other out - building shall be constructed of <br />similar color as the outside finish of the residential dwelling.
