Henry, Trustee of the Stuart W. Mieth Trust, established in <br />under the Last Will and Testament of Stuart W. Mieth, in consideration of the sum of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to Michael Lowry and Denise Lowry, husband and wife, Grantees, <br />as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, an undivided <br />one -half ( interest in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
