<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lots 19 & 20,
<br />Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6' P.M., in the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />THE EAST TWENTY -SEVEN FEET (27.00') OF THE SOUTH FIFTY -TWO FEET (52.00') OF THAT
