Whitefoot Revocable <br />Living Trust Agreement dated February 7, 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the "Trust <br />Agreement "), and having reviewed its provisions, does hereby accept trusteeship and <br />agrees to act as the Successor Trustee of all trusts created under the terms and <br />conditions of the Trust Agreement.
