Lender, at its option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint Successor Trustee <br />by an instrument recorded the county in which this security instrument is recorded. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option before <br />release of this Deed of Trust, may make Future Advances to Borrower.
