<br />assign unto said secured party the residence house,'being an improvement upon
<br />a leasehold and all appurtenances thereto, said residence house being situated
<br />upon: Lots Eighteen (18). and Nineteen (19), having a Lake Front footage of 200
<br />feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being
<br />on a part of the E%SV14 in Section 13, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Nall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the cammon
<br />road, more particularly described as; A tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NO4,94) and the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (NW14SE'14) all in Section 13, Township 11 North; Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska being more particularly described
<br />as follows: With reference to the South Quarter corner of said Section 13,

<br />15.90 feet; thence N 04 degrees 25' 45" E for 68.57 feet to the point of be-

<br />The debtors warrant the above described property is free and clear of all
<br />liens and encumbrances; that they will pay all personal taxes before the
<br />some become delinquent; that they will maintain and pay the premiums for

<br />than the unpaid balance of the indebtedness. That if they fail to pay any
<br />such taxes or premiums, that the secured party may pay the same and any such
