<br />the District Court of Hall County wherein Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority f /?t /a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, a corporation, is
<br />Plaintiff and William L. Valasek and Jane E. Valasek, Husband and
<br />Wife; John Doe and Jane Doe, Ais wife, if any, Real and True Names
<br />Unknown, Tenants of the Property Legally Described as Lot 18, In
<br />block 14, In Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, are Defendants, the object and prayer of which
<br />is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, William L. Valasek
<br />and Jane E. Valasek, on the amount due Plaintiff on a Mortgage dated
<br />August 12, 1980, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hail County, Nebraska cn At:_%,Ast 12, 1980, as Document No. 80-
<br />004219, and assigned by Assigiix:�i:lt gated August 12, 1980, to Nebraska
<br />investment Finance Autborit.y f /k /a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, as
<br />Document No. 80-- 004220; wherein William L. Valasek and Jane E.
<br />Valasek, mortgaged and conveyed to State Bank, Palmer, Nebraska, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to
<br />wit:

<br />(14), in Ashton Place, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
