Mieth Trust, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 22, 1992 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 23, 1992 as Document No. 92 106385 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $78,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow: The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2NW1 /4) of Section 27; and the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section 33; and The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1 /2NW1 /4) of Section 34; all in Township 12 North, Range 12, West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 13th day of March, 2018.
