(MD), as Beneficiary, by ROGER D CHRISTENSEN (AS A SINGLE PERSON), as Grantor, with MICHAEL F. KIVETT, as Trustee, was recorded 6/27/2003, as Document # 0200308199, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska; AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R.
