PUBLIC LANDSCAPE EASEMENT
<br />WILLIAM E. LAWREY and SANDRA L. LAWREY, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors, in
<br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual
<br />easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove landscaping items,
<br />including but not limited to, trees, shrubs, flower beds, grasses, underground irrigation systems, paver bricks, and
<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lots 1 & 2
<br />Woodland Third Subdivision in the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), in Section Twenty eight (28), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way
<br />being more particularly described as follows:
