<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by FAST
<br />TRACK BUILDINGS & CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />and BRADLY W. SHEARER and CHRISTINA L. SHEARER, husband and wife, to
<br />• BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />0 Trustee, for the benefit of NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 2, 2017, and recorded
<br />March 2, 2017, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No. 201701374, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
