FHA MORTGAGE RIDER 89-_ 102577 <br />(Assumption Rider) <br />(The term "mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," as applicable.) <br />This Rider, dated the 19th day of May 1989 <br />arnendf, the Deed of Trust of even date by and between <br />JOHN A TIGNOR AND SUSAN E TIGNOR the Borrower(s), and <br />CULUMBUS .LERAL SAVINGS BANK , the Trustee, and <br />CM,-Uff 9 FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK the Lender, <br />as follows: <br />One -Time Mortgage Insurance Prernium <br />1. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />2. Subsection (c) (1) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words "all payments made under the <br />provision of (a) of Paragraph 2 hereof which the Lender has not become <br />obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development aria" <br />are deleted. <br />4. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period after <br />". . . then remaining unpaid under said Note" and deletion of the remainder <br />of the sentence. <br />5.
