<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4, SW1 /4), in Section Twenty seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of-
<br />way being more particularly described as follows:
