<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made as of the 5 day of it , 2018, by P &D Rentals,
<br />LLC, by Darlo Beazley and Patricia Beazley, Members, ( "TRUSTORS "), whose mailing address
<br />is: 1810 Hwy 58, Dannebrog, Nebraska, 68831; and Jamie Mues Jankovitz, Attorney at Law
<br />( "TRUSTEE "), whose mailing address is: 202 W. 3' St., PO Box 639, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />68802 -0639; and Joy M. Beazley and Marietta Beazley, whose mailing address is #16 St. James
<br />Place, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803, ( "BENEFICIARY ").
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustors irrevocably transfer, convey, and assign
<br />to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary,
<br />under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and legally described as follows:
<br />Parcel One: Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block One Hundred Eighteen (118)
<br />in Railroad Addition and Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block Nineteen (19),
<br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition, both Additions in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. (Physical Address: 923 W 3rd St., Grand Island, Nebraska).
<br />Parcel Two: A tract of Land comprising a part of Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4),
<br />Block Twenty Three (23), Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of
<br />said Lot Three (3), thence westerly, along and upon the north line of said Lots Three (3)
<br />and Four (4), a distance of Eight Eight (88.0) Feet to the northwest corner of the easterly
<br />Twenty Two (22.0) feet of said Lot Four (4), thence southerly, parallel with the east line
