<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 201300487 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book NIA Page N/A or Instrument Number N/A has been paid; and
