Reimers, a married couple, herein called the <br />GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration received from GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Michael H. O'Brien and Terri L. O'Brien, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
