McFarland and Barbara J. McFarland, husband and wife <br />are trustors and Uniob Ban' said trust <br />Batik and Trust. Cbmpany is trustee, and at <br />deed secures a promissory note in.the original principal sum of SS7,600.01D <br />executed by James G. McFarland,and Barbara J. McFarland on August 1, 19901 <br />Ot <br />WHEREAS, Richard Hartman and•Patricia Hartman are Indebted to-Union <br />Bank end Trust Comppny, and in order to' secure such debt, *have pledged 'the, <br />above-d6scribed promissory note and trust dead to Union Bank and Trust <br />4 Company•as collateral te-secure payment of their indebtedness; <br />WHEREAS* Assignors have transferred in the real estate des- <br />.` Bribed as Lot 76, 77, 78 and the Worth•Three (3) feet-of Lot 79, <br />Hawthorne Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to James G. <br />McFarland and Barbara J.
