Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />Warranty Deed <br />N <br />Please record and return to: Bruce Smith, 104 Wheeler Avenue, PO Box 790, Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation ( "Grantor "), for good and valuable consideration, <br />conveys to Petersen Farms, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation ( "Grantee "), the following described real <br />estate, located in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
