E A S E M E N T <br />201801184 <br />This agreement made and entered into this 172 day <br />of May, 1963, by and between Robert Reimers and Evelyn E. <br />Reimers, his wife, hereinafter referred to as First Party, and <br />Wayne Radcliff and Ann Radcliff, husband and wife, hereinafter <br />referred to as Second Party, agree as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the First Party is sei, w o an estate in <br />fee simple free from encumbrances of a parcel of land described <br />as part of Lot Five (5) in Lambert's Subditrision, a part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW4 SE4) of Section <br />Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, across which there run <br />a private road allowing entrance and exit frc ,property owned <br />by the Second Party as hereinafter set out. <br />AND, WHEREAS, the Party of the Second Part is <br />seized in fee simple of another parcel of land near the first <br />mentioned land, described as the South One Hundred Forty One <br />(141) feet of Lot Five (5) in Lambert's Subdivision, a part <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast, Qup.vter (NW* SE4) <br />of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11), North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />AND, WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part has agreed, <br />in of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other <br />good and valuable consideration to be paid to him by the Party <br />of the Second Part, to grant to the Party of „the Second Part <br />a right of way over said property for the Second Party, their <br />tenants, servants, visitors, and licensees, in common with all <br />other persons having the like right, at all times hereinafter . <br />to pass and re -pass along the said private, road from Seventh <br />Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to the premises <br />
