<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Assignment of
<br />Rents, Dated October 25, 2016 Executed by Trusted Rentals, LLC, A Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, Grantor(s) in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named as Lender,
<br />and recorded October 28, 2016, Instrument # 201607183, and rerecord on May 3, 2017,
<br />Instrument # 201702883, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Lender thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such Assignment of Rents have been fully paid and that such Assignment of Rents
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Grantor, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Assignment of Rents,
<br />the undersigned, as Lender, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the Estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the
<br />Assignment of Rents in the following described Real Estate to -wit:
