<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CRAIG A.
<br />JELINEK and ANISA L. JELINEK, husband and wife, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney
<br />at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of L.
<br />DENISE MCGOVERN a/k/a DENISE MCGOVERN - GALLAGHER, a married person, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated January 22, 2016, and recorded January 22, 2016, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 201600457, has been paid,
<br />and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block One (1), in Southern Acres Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
