ROBBINS and <br />KAY L. ROBBINS, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Bruce L. Hart, a member of the Nebraska <br />State Bar Association, as Trustee, and KAY L. ROBBINS, TOD or transferred on death to <br />TRUST B of the KAY ROBBINS TRUST, under Revocable Trust Agreement, dated November <br />11, 2006, as amended, as Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust recorded on February 19, 2013, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201301331, has <br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by her endorsement hereinafter. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />The Easterly Twenty Feet (20') of Lot 15, and all of Lot 16, in Block 3, Second <br />Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />nta.rv, loi �,p ( <br />ce L.
