STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK <br />V' <br />Return to: Mesner & Me yfS X604 26th Ave, Central City, NE 68826 <br />BY <br />Housing PI JQS4 LLC <br />Raymond /O'Connor <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE, AFFIDAVIT AND <br />REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE <br />THE UNDERSIGNED, being Beneficiary, is the owner and holder of the Deed of Trust described <br />herein and the promissory note or notes secured thereby. Said note or notes, together with all other <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid. Kathryn L. Mesner, Member of the <br />Nebraska Bar Association, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed executed by Joel <br />B. Shafer, President of Midwest Builders, Inc. as Trustor, in which Housing Plus, LLC is named Beneficiary <br />and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as Trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 2016017782 in <br />the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows: <br />Lot Forty -Eight (48), of LaRue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned further directs Kathryn L. Mesner to reconvey to the party or parties entitled thereto <br />all the estate right, title and other interest held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee is <br />further directed to cancel said promissory note or notes which are delivered to said Trustee herewith for that <br />purpose. <br />The undersigned states that a copy of this Substitution of Trustee cannot be mailed to Fidelity National <br />Title Insurance Company, the Trustee being replaced, as the address is unknown. <br />Executed this day of February, 2018 <br />
