Zentz Joint Revocable Trust, herein called the grantee whether one or more, <br />the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All of our interest in and to the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'/ANE %) of <br />Section Thirty-two (32), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska (except a tract of land previously conveyed as <br />described in deed recorded as Document No. 82- 005233 and except the tract <br />along the north previously conveyed to Hall County, Nebraska, for road). <br />All of our interest in and to a tract of land located in the West Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (W'ANE'/) of Section Thirty -two (32), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the said W' /2NE'/ for a point of <br />beginning; thence S 209'; then W 209'; and then N 209'; and then E 209' to the <br />point of beginning (except a strip of ground along the North edge previously <br />conveyed to the County of Hall, Nebraska, for road purposes).
