WARRANTY DEED <br />James T. Townsend and Alice M. Townsend, Grantors, husband and wife, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, convey to James T. Townsend and Alice M. Townsend, Trustees, <br />or their successor Trustee, of the James and Alice Townsend Trust dated the " day <br />of 6 , 2018, Grantee, whether one or more, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
