PRILL and GAILA J. PRILL, Husband and Wife, as Current <br />Record Owners, and recorded November 24, 2014, as Instrument No. 201407436; <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default in respect to obligations secured by that Deed <br />of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published as <br />required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act; <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the <br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R.
