<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain
<br />Construction Security Agreement Commercial Construction Real Estate Deed of Trust ( "Deed of
<br />Trust ") dated July 25, 2013, wherein CARNIVORES MEAT SUPPLY, LLC, a Nebraska limited
<br />liability company, is the Grantor, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 26, 2013, as Instrument No. 201306000; as modified by a
<br />Construction Security Agreement Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated October 25,
<br />2014, executed by CARNIVORES MEAT SUPPLY, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />as Borrower, and SAMUEL H. PRILL and GAILA J. PRILL, Husband and Wife, as Current
<br />Record Owners, and recorded November 24, 2014, as Instrument No. 201407436;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default in respect to obligations secured by that Deed
<br />of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published as
<br />required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under the above - described Deed
<br />of Trust, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Two
<br />Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($402,000.00) as credit against the indebtedness secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust, received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust,
<br />do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Six (6), Westgate Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
