<br />CONSENT, CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION of the Platting and Subdividing and Dedication of
<br />Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a tract of land
<br />comprising all of Lots Five (5), Six(6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Two (2), Summerfield Estates Fifth
