<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 16, 2001, executed by Allen Boltz; a Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as document 200101292 on the 22nd day of February 2001, and
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 23, 2011, executed by Allen D Boltz; a Single Person, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as document 201101814 on the 8th day of March 2011,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />THE NORTHERLY FORTY -SIX (46) FEET OF LOT FORTY -TWO (42) AND THE
<br />SOUTHERLY EIGHTEEN (18) FEET OF LOT FORTY -ONE (41) WEST HEIGHTS
<br />SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 9th day of February, 2018.
